• CareSync does not give medical advice, does not diagnose, does not recommend or

change any medication, and does not check whether a dose was prescribed correctly.

• Doses and times shown here are typed in by your family. Always follow the label

and your prescriber's instructions, not this app.

• A text reminder is a reminder only. If a message fails to arrive, or a reply is

not recorded, that does not mean a dose was not taken — and a recorded dose is not

proof it was swallowed. Check with the person, or their caregiver, if it matters.

• CareSync is not monitored 24/7 and is not an emergency service. In an emergency,

call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately.

• Do not use CareSync to manage insulin dosing, anticoagulants, or any other medication

where a missed or double dose is immediately dangerous, unless a qualified clinician

has agreed to that arrangement with you.

• Never stop, start, or change a medication because of anything you see in this app.
