Delete your account and data

This page is public on purpose: Google Play requires a web address where anyone can find out how to delete their account and data, without installing the app.

Option 1 — in the app (takes one minute)

1. Sign in at the sign-in page.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Delete this family, type the family name to confirm and press Delete.

Everything goes at once: medications and dose history, appointment records, the family feed and its photos, and every caregiver account in the family.

Option 2 — by email

Email support@caresyncfamily.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We action it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted: your account, family data, medications, dose history, appointments, feed posts and uploaded photos.
• Kept: anonymised delivery logs the SMS provider holds for billing and legal compliance (message metadata, not health content), for as long as the law requires. A copy of the database is held in an encrypted backup for up to 30 days before it ages out.
